There's a lot of new and great things coming out of the Uncle Billy's Brew & Que on Barton Springs. New brewer Trevor Nearburg is working diligently to follow up the legacy left behind by UB's former head honcho, and he is impressing right away. 

The newest addition to their lineup is the Skitzo Petal Lager, an amazing array of flavors in a well-balanced and bodied lager. 

The lager has additions of hibiscus flowers, noble hops, caramel and some local honey to complete it's nuanced flavor and mouthfeel.
